This kettle BBQ smoker conversion kit comprises 2 key components; The Slow n Sear Original charcoal basket and the Porcelain Drip n Roast Pan. When used together these two components act as an advanced designed offset plate setup and create a true and proper 2 zone cooking environment that is essential for smoking in your kettle BBQ and delivers competition-winning results. The Slow n Sear original with its built-in water reservoir act as an insulated heat shield to keep the temperature on the indirect cooking side consistent while the Drip n Griddle pan acts as a funnel, directing the airflow through the coals in the Slow N Sear which assists in easy temperature control as well as catching all the drippings from your cooks making the cleanup process easy.
