Kettle-style grills, which are based on a decades-old concept, have traditionally provided a large amount of cooking space in a small package. The Slow ‘N Sear® Kettle Grill combines all of the desirable features of a high-end kettle cooker with even more. This kettle focuses heat for a true two-zone cooking environment, providing the finest low ‘n slow smoking AND searing capability of any charcoal grill on the market when used with the patented Slow ‘N Sear® accessory (sold separately) inside the cooking chamber.
