The Slow ‘N Sear® Deluxe Charcoal Basket, with 50% more searing power than the Slow ‘N Sear® Original, takes backyard grilling and smoking in a charcoal kettle to a whole new level, AGAIN!
Slow ‘N Sear® will change a standard kettle grill into a multi-functional outdoor cooking unit – indirect slow cooking, high heat searing, roasting, and baking are all possible with Slow ‘N Sear®!

- Perfect match for your 22” kettle (55.88cm)
- The charcoal basket holds 80 – 100 briquettes
- The disposable water tank holds slightly more than a quart of water and acts as a thermal buffer between the charcoal and the indirect cooking field, allowing for up to 5 hours of steam generation (at 225° F / 107° C). Remove it to create a 30% larger sear zone for the ultimate Cold Grate Technique sear!
- The vented bottom plate is ideal for using lump charcoal and makes summer cleanup a breeze.
- The basket is made with a clear, sturdy, and long-lasting stainless steel rivet-based production method. Deformation is significantly reduced under high-heat loads.
- Each Slow ‘N Sear Deluxe weighs more than 7 pounds / 3 kg and is made of high-quality 16-gauge 430 stainless steel.
